  • Where are the lots located?
    Most of our projects are located at Brgy. Aramaywan in Quezon, Palawan. But we are expanding and expect more projects, soon. :)

    We offer ongoing support, including assistance with obtaining necessary permits and service on construction and development of your property.
  • Where is your office located?
    We are located at Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. We also have an office at Brgy, Buho, Silang Cavite
  • What are the payment options available for purchasing a property with Primavita Realty?
    Primavita realty offers two payment options for purchasing a property. The first option is a cash basis, where you can avail of a 10% spot cash discount and pay the balance one month after paying the reservation fee of Php25,000. The second option is an installment plan, allowing you to pay the entire balance of the property over a period of up to 60 months with zero interest. The reservation fee of Php25,000 is valid for one month, giving you flexibility to choose the payment plan that best suits your financial situation. Whether you prefer the convenience of paying in cash or the flexibility of an installment plan, Primavita realty aims to make owning a property a smooth and accessible process for our valued clients.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
