How To Buy A Beach Lot in Palawan

1

Schedule A Viewing

The first step is to schedule a viewing of the beach lots you're interested in.

This will allow you to see the property in person, get a sense of its surroundings, and ask any questions you may have about the development.

2

Choose Your Lot

Once you've seen the property, you can then choose the beach lot that best meets your needs and preferences.

Take into consideration the lot size, location, views, and proximity to the beach when making your decision.

3

Pay The Reservation Fee

Once you've chosen your lot, you'll need to pay a reservation fee of P25,000 to secure the property. This fee is non-refundable and will be credited towards the total price of the lot.

After paying the reservation fee, we will provide you with a reservation agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the sale.

Once you've signed the agreement and paid the necessary fees, you'll be one step closer to owning your own slice of paradise in Palawan.
