Finalizing the specification

We can now take a more detailed consultation to finalize the specification, including your choice of materials and finishes, plus any additional inclusions you may require.

Contract and schedule

The final specification will be put into a formal contract with appropriate annexes to include drawings, detailed specification, schedule and staged payment plan for your perusal and preparation of a SPA if required.

Step 05

Sign the contract and let the build begin

The contract and SPA (if required) will be presented ready for signing with a final “walk through” – once you are fully satisfied, then we will execute the contract, you will pay the down payment and the build will begin as per the schedule.

Step 06

Construction and handover

We shall submit true and accurate accomplishment reports, with photos, to you throughout the build and you, or your representative will be welcome to inspect the site at any time during construction. Upon completion, there will be another site inspection whereby any identified issues will be addressed as necessary and subsequently, your keys will be handed over and you can start living your dream.
