Reserve your lot

Found your perfect lot? Secure it by signing the Reservation Agreement and settling the reservation fee (deductible from the full price). We'll temporarily hold your chosen lot while we prepare the paperwork.

Submit documents and choose your payment option

Provide copies of two valid IDs then choose from the payment terms available for your chosen lot, which may include spot cash, deferred, or installment options.

We’ll prepare your Contract to Sell (CTS) and walk you through the terms. Once signed and your payment begins, the lot is officially yours!
